Nina Vladimirovna Egorova (Russian: Нина Владимировна Егорова) was the mother of main character Dominika Egorova and wife of deceased Vassily Egorov. Nina was a virtuous violinist of Moscow Symphony Orchestra but lost her career thanks to her explosive temper.
